Duane Papetti is an extremely professional Real Estate agent. I've known Duane for many years but it wasn't until I used Duane to help me sell my house that I realized how good he was. Duane straightened out so many things that I can't list them all. There was agreements that involved repairing  the house and an agreement to buy a truck so the new owner could have a vehicle to drive on a not so nice road. Duane was able to put everything together even going so far as to repair the truck's brakes for the new owner at his expense taking a smaller commission. There aren't any agents that would do what he did. I absolutely urge anyone who reads this to contact Duane Papetti for anything real estate related. You won't be disappointed. Thank You

I was buying a condo and there was some issues between the seller and the condo association. Duane was able to get both parties to come to an agreement to resolve the problem. I was in panic mode while this was going on and he insisted that everything would work out the way I wanted it to. Sure  enough, it did. I was able to get the condo the way I wanted.  Duane Papetti was awesome in getting me the condo that I wanted.
